Please be advised that the clubs AGM will be taking place on Saturday the 20th November at approx 4pm at the clubrooms.
All nominees must be present at the AGM to accept the nomination or by the use of technology that allows that member and the members present at the meeting to clearly and simultaneously communicate with each other.
All nominations must be forwarded to the secretary via email by Wednesday the 17th of November, 2021.

Nominees will be advertised from the 18th on the club socials.
Please note that the NWVMCC does not use a proxy voting system (as per 2018 AGM) and that club members wishing to vote must attend the AGM. Unfilled position will be re-advertised following the 2021 AGM with the nomination and voting processes moved to the February general meeting.
